Website use

TrakPayments.com provides general information about TRAK payment solutions, business lending and related services. Website content is not a commitment to approve a merchant account, loan, credit product or particular pricing.

Payment processing

Payment processing services may be provided through third-party processors, payment platforms, acquiring banks, gateways and other financial institutions. Final merchant approval, pricing, reserves, funding times, equipment terms, network rules and processing conditions are subject to the applicable provider’s underwriting and agreement.

Business lending

TRAK may introduce or refer applicants to third-party business funding providers. TRAK is not representing that every product is a loan or that TRAK itself is the lender. Offers, rates, terms, repayment structures and approvals are determined by the applicable funding provider and may vary by applicant and jurisdiction.

Application authorization

By submitting an application, you certify that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize TRAK to use and share that information with prospective processors, acquiring banks, lenders and service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request. Additional authorizations may be required by the ultimate provider before credit reports, bank data or other sensitive information is obtained.

No guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, pricing, rates, funding amount, funding timing, savings or availability of any product.

Intellectual property

TRAK branding, logos, designs, copy and website materials are owned by or licensed to TRAK and may not be reproduced without permission.
